Electrolyte drink

Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 cup water
- Lemon juice to taste
Steps
- Combine salt and ginger in a cup
- Add a bit of the water to the cup and mix well until the dry ingredients form a paste
- Add remaining water and lemon juice, mix well
Notes
The basic idea here is to put a tiny bit of salt into some water. The other ingredients are just to make drinking salt water feel more tolerable. Anecdotally, I've found drinking this in addition to a tall glass of regular water helped me feel much more hydrated.
